Welcome to Froot ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Froot wellness platform (the "Service"), including our mobile application and any associated content.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Froot App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

By creating an account or using Froot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

To use Froot, you must:

Froot allows you to create and store personal content, including journal entries and mood check-ins. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to store and display it solely for providing our Service to you.

All content provided through Froot, including wellness sessions, audio content, videos, and articles, is the intellectual property of Froot or its content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. WELLNESS CONTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FROOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date above.
