Welcome to PitchPal ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PitchPal mobile application (the "App"), which helps you find, create, and join local pickup soccer games.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PitchPal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To use PitchPal, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Assumption of Risk / Physical Activity

PitchPal is a tool for organizing and discovering sporting activities. You acknowledge that participating in physical sports carries inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation in any game, match, or activity organized or discovered through the App. We do not supervise, host, insure, or guarantee any game, venue, or participant. You are responsible for your own fitness, safety equipment, and medical clearance.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or organizers
• Create false, misleading, or duplicate game listings
• Use the App to organize unlawful activities or gamble on games
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as game listings, team names, and profile information. You grant us a license to display this content within the App solely to provide the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Venues & Third Parties

Game locations listed in the App are provided by users. You are responsible for obtaining any required permission or permits to use a venue. PitchPal is not affiliated with any park, facility, league, or venue owner.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Wabeen. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, SAFETY, OR QUALITY OF ANY GAME OR PARTICIPANT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PITCHPAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY ACTIVITY ORGANIZED THROUGH IT.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account deletion process.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date above.
